When Lea unexpectedly returns to their hometown, all the years of heartache inside Austin bubbles to the surface and presents itself as blinding rage.
Faced with the truth about the past, a newly discovered secret, these former lovers will learn that if they want to have any chance at the future they’d given up on all those years ago, they will have to rescue one another from drowning in pain so debilitating it will leave them both fighting to breath.

This story had me fighting to breathe. It is a great story of love lost and then found. Fifteen years later, she pushes aside her fears and returns to her hometown take care of her sick mother.

But being the man he is he knows he cannot let her go through this alone. Realizing its better to be a friend to Lea than being nothing at all. The love and support he showers on Lea helps her to realize that he has always been the one for her. But to have him she must overcome her issues. Austin's unyielding support, patience and love are what make the story what it is. A fabulous read with heart.

You can always find me with my nose in my Kindle reading a romance novel starring a tough talking, hard loving alpha male and sassy heroine. For the past six years reading has been my addiction. I am always up for a good read and am excited when I get any suggestions. My other loves are working out and spending time with my hubs, family and friends.
