I'll build an army to take back what is mine.
Revenge may harden the heart, but I'll gladly suffer the consequences.
I've lost my family, my best friend, and the men I love. The little Walker girl from Galla is dead. Now, all that's left of her is a girl willing to risk it all.
They call me Queen of the Walkers.
Holy mother of Toledo CJ. Time and time again you test how much I can handle with these books. It’s like you want to see if my heart will survive this series. Oh my damn. You’re keeping me in a puddle on the floor, therefore I’ll continue to forward my therapy bills.
Cavil. The cruelty that man possesses makes me want to vomit just thinking about it. I LOATHE him with a fiery passion. He will get what he deserves ....
Watching Ash’s character arc through this series has been so damn beautiful. Ash is no longer the same girl. She is fighting like hell to feel nothing but numb and anger. The fallout from Cavil’s compound destroyed her. Channeling her anger into Huxley is the only thing that kept her sane, that kept her from falling apart. She has something to fight for. She has men she loves to fight for. She no longer wanted to feel weak and helpless. She wanted to prove her strength, prove her worth. If she has to shred every piece of herself to keep her men safe, she’ll do it without question.
It was heartbreakingly beautiful to watch Ash and the guys have real conflict with one another. The choices they made for her almost destroyed her. Removing her choice hurt her, even though they did it out of love they pony up and admit that removing her choice was a mistake. There were so many moments thy were full of pain but were mesmerizing all at the same time. Kemp and his gift for Ash. Hux and his rose petals. Patrick and Hux period. Jacob and struggling with his voice, that damn mind speak. Maverick’s reunion. Cyler’s confrontation. I can go on and on. Helpless pretty little cages and self-sacrificing assholes ... they failed each other. They failed each other, but in spite of that it just made them love each other even harder.
That last fucking chapter. There are no words. I’m scared of the outcome. I’m scared for Ash. I’m scared that this may be the piece that breaks her. Our Walker Queen and our Dormas Leaders have one hell of a war ahead of them, and I hope with all of my heart that they make it out alive.

Give me an alpha male with a woman who aces all forms of sarcasm and I'm putty in you hands -- bonus points if a Reverse Harem is involved. Supernatural esque romance and power plays tend to make my heart go pitter patter. I haven't met a book I wasn't willing to try, so if you've got recommendations email them my way. I'm a foul mouthed makeup addicted with slight wino tendencies.
